My Appointments
The Appointments page shows all your bookings — past, present, and future.
Viewing Your Appointments
Navigate to My Appointments from the client nav to see your full booking list.
Each appointment displays:
| Field | Description |

| Date/Time | Appointment start and end time |
| Professional | Name of the assigned professional |
| Resource | Resource name and location |
| Status | Confirmed or Cancelled |
Cancelling an Appointment
To cancel a booking:
- Find the appointment in your list
- Click the Cancel action
- Confirm the cancellation
When you cancel:
- The timeslot becomes available for other clients
- You receive a cancellation confirmation email
- The assigned professional receives a notification that the booking was removed
Cancelled appointments remain visible in your list for reference, marked with a “Cancelled” status.
Appointment Changes by Admin
An admin may occasionally:
- Reassign your booking to a different professional or timeslot — you’ll receive an email with the updated details
- Cancel your booking — you’ll receive a cancellation email
If your appointment is changed by an admin, check your email for the updated details.
Appointment Reminders
If you have an email address on file, you’ll receive a reminder email the morning of your appointment (sent at 8:00 AM Central Time).
