Notification Preferences

Available to: Clients and Professionals only (Admins do not receive booking notifications)

Email Notifications

Toggle whether you receive email notifications for booking events and reminders.

Setting Default Description
Email notifications On When enabled, you receive emails for booking confirmations, cancellations, reassignments, and daily reminders

Even with email notifications enabled, you must have an email address on your profile to receive emails.

Push Notifications

Toggle whether you receive browser push notifications for booking events and reminders.

Setting Default Description
Push notifications Off When enabled, your browser shows push notifications for booking events

The push notification section adapts based on your browser’s permission state:

Browser Permission What You See
Not yet asked An “Enable Push Notifications” button that triggers the browser permission prompt
Granted An on/off toggle to control push notifications
Denied A message explaining how to re-enable notifications in your browser settings

Push notifications require a modern browser with Push API support (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari 16+). If your browser doesn’t support push, this section will not appear.
