Bookings
The Bookings page shows all client appointments assigned to your shifts.
Viewing Your Bookings
Navigate to Bookings from the professional nav to see all your assigned client appointments.
Each booking displays:

| Client Name | Name of the booked client |
| Phone | Client’s phone number |
| Client’s email (if provided) | |
| Date/Time | Appointment start and end time |
| Resource | Resource name and location |
| Status | Booking status — Confirmed or Cancelled |
How Clients Get Assigned to You
When a client books an appointment:
- The client selects an available timeslot from the booking page
- The system identifies all professionals with shifts covering that timeslot
- A professional is randomly assigned from those with available capacity
- The booking is created and both you and the client receive email notifications
Clients do not choose specific professionals. The system auto-assigns to distribute bookings evenly across available professionals.
Booking Notifications
You receive an email notification when:
- A new booking is assigned to one of your shifts
- A booking on your shift is cancelled (by the client or an admin)

Managing Bookings
As a professional, your bookings are read-only. You can view booking details but cannot modify or cancel client bookings directly.
If a booking needs to be changed:
- The client can cancel their own booking from their appointments page
- An admin can reassign or cancel bookings from the event management page
